Day 1-3 Arrival, Almaty Tour
Enjoy 2 full days exploring Almaty’s best attractions including natural landscape – Charyn Canyon, Medeu Mountain, Kok Tobe Hill, and city highlights such as Park of 28 Panfilov Guardsmen, Ascension Cathedral, Central State Museum, and Arbat Street.
Day 4-6 Bishkek Tour
Spend one and a half days exploring the ruins of the Silk Road – Tokmok and Burana Tower. Then drive to enjoy the natural scenery of Issyk Kul Lake and Ala-Archa Nature Park.
Day 7-10 Tashkent Tour
Drive across the port to Tashkent. Explore the history, local bazaars, and Islamic buildings such as Independence Square, Chorsu Bazaar, Khast-Imam Square, Earthquake Memorial, and State Museum of History of Uzbekistan. Also you have half-day free time to experience exotic charm of Central Asian.

Day 1 Arrival in Almaty
Welcome to Almaty, formerly Alma-Ata, the largest city in Kazakhstan! Located on the southeastern border of Kazakhstan, Almaty is close to China and Kyrgyzstan. Upon arrival, the local private driver will pick you up and transfer you to a local hotel for check-in.

Day 2 Almaty Nature & City Tour
Discover Stunning Canyon and Rich History
After breakfast, your Central Asian Silk Road tour officially begins! You will first be led to visit the Charyn Canyon. This is a naturally formed sedimentary rock canyon with an age of about 12 million years and a total length of 154 kilometers. The vertical height of the canyon is generally between 150-200 meters, and it is known as the “second largest canyon” in the world.
From a high vantage point, the Charyn Canyon resembles a narrow crack on a prairie, comparable to the Grand Canyon of Colorado in the United States. At the bottom of the valley, you can look up at the red rock walls on both sides, which are varied in shape.
Enjoy lunch after the visit. In the afternoon, we will go to visit the Park of 28 Panfilov Guardsmen. Covering an area of 18 hectares, the park is lush with trees and beautiful scenery, with buildings such as Monument, and Officer’s Home inside. It was built to commemorate the 28 brave soldiers of the former Soviet army who demonstrated bravery in the defense of Moscow.
There is a fully wooden Orthodox church in the park – the Ascension Cathedral, which is one of the famous landmarks of Almaty city. Built in the late 19th century, it is the oldest and largest church in Almaty, and the second tallest surviving wooden structure in the world.
The last stop today is the Central State Museum, the largest museum in Central Asia. Kazakhstan is a nation that makes a living from horses, so most of the exhibits in this museum are related to horseback riding, marching, and grazing. You can see historical relics, weapons, musical instruments, and costumes from the Genghis Khan period (1162-1227), which tell the story of Kazakhstan’s historical changes.

Day 3 Best Almaty Tour
Enjoy Mountain Views, Cultural Performance, Local Street Life
This morning, you will be led to Medeu Mountain. Take the cable car up the mountain to an altitude of 3,200 meters. The snow here never melts all year round, providing excellent skiing and ice skating facilities for tourists. On Mount Medeu, you can find the world’s largest ski resort. Whether you are a professional skiing enthusiast or a beginner, this place can meet your needs.
After lunch, head to Kok Tobe Hill and enjoy a panoramic view of Alma-Ata from the mountaintop. Next, watch a special performance at Falcon Farm Sunkar where Kazakhs and well-trained eagles work together to hunt, which is a prominent feature of the local way of life.
Green Bazaar is the largest comprehensive market, with a hundred years of history. Taste local snacks like candied fruits and dairy products and also discover various handicrafts.
Finally, head to Arbat Street, where the local people love to take walks. You can see many young performers playing guitars and dancing.

Day 4 Almaty to Bishkek Tour
Visit Landmark Buildings in the Capital City
Today we will drive away from Kazakhstan to the capital of Kyrgyzstan, Bishkek, via the Kurday port. Enjoy lunch at a local specialty restaurant upon arrival.
In the afternoon, your Kyrgyzstan tour begins at Ala-too Square, located in the center of Bishkek. The square was named Lenin Square during the Soviet era, and you can see statues of Lenin next to the Historical Museum and Manas riding a horse on the square. The main ethnic group in Kyrgyzstan is the Kyrgyz, accounting for 52.4% of the total population. Manas is a national hero in the legend of the Kyrgyz people.
Then walk to the west side of the square and admire the Presidential Palace, also known as the Parliament Building, from outside. Due to the white exterior walls of the building, locals refer to it as the ‘White House’.
Afterward, move on to visit the Kyrgyz State Historical Museum, founded in 1925, one of the largest museums in Central Asia. With a collection of over 130,000 items, the museum is divided into 3 exhibition areas, showing the history, customs, and culture of Kyrgyzstan. It is closed every Monday.
After the tour, the tour guide will escort you to the local hotel to check in.

Day 5 Bishkek to Issyk-Kul Lake Tour
Explore the Ruins of Ancient Silk Road, Relax by Mountain Lake
After breakfast, we will drive to Tokmok, an important town on the ancient Silk Road. It was once one of the “Four Major Towns” established by the Tang Dynasty in the Western Regions of China. This ruins have weathered and disintegrated into a huge mound of soil after more than 1,000 years of wind, sand, and rain washing. Climbing up to the top of this overgrown ancient city, you can clearly see the 26 kilometer long broken wall built by the Tang army back then.
Continue on to the Burana Tower. It is the only surviving building of the Turkic dynasty in the city of Balasagun from the 10th to the 11th century, reaching a height of 21 meters and a width of 6 meters. There is a spiral staircase inside the ancient tower, allowing tourists to climb up and overlook the distance.
After lunch, we arrive at the famous Issyk Kul Lake, located in the northern part of the Tianshan Mountains. The lake is 182 kilometers long from east to west, 58 kilometers wide from north to south, with an average depth of 279 meters (the deepest point is 702 meters). The lake has an elevation of 1,609 meters and an area of 6,236 square kilometers.
Issyk Kul Lake is an unfrozen lake, clear and blue, known as the “pearl left by God”. The transparency of the lake water exceeds 12 meters and has a high salt content, hence it is also known as a “salt lake”. The air here is fresh and mineral springs are abundant, making it a famous tourist destination and health resort in Kyrgyzstan. If you are interested, you can pay an additional fee for a boat tour (optional).
After the sightseeing, you will check into a nearby hotel.

Day 6 Back to Bishkek
Enjoy a Leisurely Time in Ala-Archa Nature Park
After breakfast, drive back to Bishkek and enjoy the scenery of the Tianshan Mountains along the way.
Have lunch upon arrival. Afterward, proceed to Ala-Archa Nature Park. This park is a great place to escape from the city, suitable for picnics, hiking, skiing, and mountain climbing. Open all year round, the best time to visit is in late summer and early autumn, especially during the “High Mountain Festival” on May 1st every year, when a large number of tourists will camp in the canyon and climb the Komsomolets Peak.

Day 7 Bishkek to Tashkent Tour
It’s time to say goodbye to Kyrgyzstan. After breakfast, we will drive across the port to Tashkent, the capital of Uzbekistan. The journey takes about 10 hours, and you can pack a box lunch in advance and enjoy the natural scenery along the way. After arrival, enjoy a sumptuous dinner locally.

Day 8 Tashkent Highlights Tour
Uncover Uzbekistan’s History, Bazaars, Islamic Architecture
Your Central Asia tour in Uzbekistan will take you to visit some of the city’s major attractions.
Independence Square is the most important square in Uzbekistan, a symbol of freedom and independence, and a place of hope. On this square, you can also see Crying Mother Sculpture, government buildings and monuments. Afterward, be led to visit the 19th century Hazrati Imam, one of the largest mosques in Tashkent with a strong Islamic architectural style. The museum of the mosque houses one of the three remaining copies of the Quran in the world.
The old town of Tashkent is centered around the green Chorsu Bazaar. Here, you can discover various local groceries, dried fruits, and spices, making it a great place to witness the daily lives of Tashkent citizens. The next stop is the Kukeldash Madrasah and the Juma Mosque. They were built in the 16th and 15th centuries respectively. This Juma Mosque used to be a venue for executing unfaithful wives.
The Khast-Imam Square, located north of the market, is the Islamic religious center of Tashkent. You can see mosques, minarets, religious colleges, tombs, and Islamic book museums, all of which have existed from the 16th century to the 21st century, each appearing solemn and majestic. Continue to visit Amir Timur Square and its surroundings. Built in the 19th century, there stands a majestic statue of Timur riding a horse in the center of the square.
The Earthquake Memorial was built by the people of the country to commemorate the victims of the Tashkent earthquake on April 26, 1966. Local people often come here to pay tribute to the victims, especially newly married couples. Offering flowers here has become a “must-have” procedure.
Today’s itinerary ends at the Cathedral of the Assumption of the Virgin, a typical Eastern Orthodox building that attracts tourists with its unique blue design.

Day 9 Tashkent Tour
See Ancient Artifacts and Cultural Treasures, Free Time in the Afternoon
In the morning, your tour guide will take you to the State Museum of History of Uzbekistan. This museum is one of the largest museums in Central Asia, exhibiting rich collections from various fields such as archaeology, numismatics, and ethnology in Central Asia. The exhibits include stone carvings dating back to 2,000 BC to ward off evil spirits, bronze pots from the 5th and 6th centuries BC, pottery from the 4th and 5th centuries BC, coins and weapons from the 14th and 15th centuries and later periods.
After the visit, have lunch. You are free to walk around in the afternoon. You can stroll on the streets, experience exotic charm, or leisurely shop in the mall, bringing some souvenirs with a strong Central Asian flavor to your friends and family.

Day 10 Departure from Tashkent
You are free at leisure in the morning. Your private driver will escort you to the airport to board the flight back home according to your flight schedule.
