1. How to Make a Booking
1) Email Booking: Please send your inquiry or request by email to email@example.com. Our tour consultant will back to you within 24 hours.
2) Phone Booking: Please feel free to call 86-15129005119 to us about your travel enquiry or request.
3) On-line Booking: You may chat with us online at the right corner in our website page. We will chat with you immediately.
When we get your email, we will tailor-make a tour based on your request until you are satisfied.
2. About Payment
1)Deposit & Full Payment
Deposit: 25% of of the total tour cost is required at the time of booking to make related reservations to ensure your tour starts as expected.
Balance: Full payment is required 25 days before your China tour starts. Should your tour be booked within 25 days before your China tour, full payment is required.
We accept Visa or Master Card secures online payment via PayPal. The following payment methods are available:

a. Creditcard online payment viaPayPal(Accept)
Paypal is the preferred way to second secure payment. You can use Visa, Master Card and American Express credit cards to check out your payment easy and fast.
Q: How to use PayPal to pay us?
A:(1)Make sure you can use PayPal to make the Payment.
Please click www.paypal.com to check out their service at your country.
(2) If you are already a PayPal member with a PayPal account
Our stuff will send you a payment request email in which you will see the button “Pay Now”. Simply click the button and log in directly the payment page of Paypal. Follow the instructions and it is fast and easy for you to make payment online. Paypal will inform us later after your payment is done successfully.
(3) If you do not have a PayPal account
You cam have one free account easily on www.paypal.com or when you receive the payment request email, click the button Pay Now, input your credit card information and other personal information required by Paypal to make the payment.
b. Bank Transfer
For payment by bank transfer, you can pay by bank transfer to our account. We have both the following CNY account and USD account. Please choose one based on your convenience.
3. Cancellation Refunds
We would be very sorry that you have to cancel your trip in China, however we fully understand and respect your choice. Cancellation refunds will be calculated as of the date we receive your cancellation notice. Please kindly inform us by email in advance including the detailed reasons. The cancellation fee will be charged as follows:

The above cancellation policy is not available for the tours with flight booking, cruise operators and hotels. It will be calculated based on the actual cost charged. If there is penalty occurred, we will not refund the part. Please ask you travel advisor about the cancellation policy if you needed.
Our tour packages include China Accident Insurance as part of our package. We still highly recommend that you purchase full coverage travel insurance from your country of origin by your own
